SWDA regulates the private education industry in Singapore. As a regulator, SWDA ensures that only registered Private Education Institutions (PEIs) are allowed to offer private education and that PEIs meet and maintain the minimum requirements for the protection of students under the Private Education Act 2009 and its subsidiary legislation. For more information on SWDA, please visit the TPGateway website \u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tpgateway.gov.sg\/faq\/private-education-institutions\">https:\/\/www.tpgateway.gov.sg\/faq\/private-education-institutions<\/a><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>ENHANCED REGISTRATION FRAMEWORK (ERF)<\/h3>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">The Enhanced Registration Framework (ERF), established under the Private Education Act 2009 (PEA) and the Private Education Regulations, and administered by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tpgateway.gov.sg\/resources\/information-for-private-education-institutions-(peis)\">SWDA<\/a>, sets out the mandatory registration requirements and legislative obligations that all Private Education institutions (PEIs), operating in and from Singapore, must meet. The ERF aims to ensure that PEIs in Singapore meet the required standards in order to protect the interest of the students enrolled in their institutions.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"ERF Licence TMIS FR265326892 page 0001\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/migrated\/2026\/ERF_Licence_TMIS_FR265326892_page-0001.jpg\"\/><\/p>\n<h3>EDUTRUST CERTIFICATION SCHEME<\/h3>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">The EduTrust Certification Scheme (EduTrust) is a quality assurance scheme administered by the Skills and Workforce Development Agency (<a href=\"\/%22https:\/\/www.tpgateway.gov.sg\/resources\/information-for-private-education-institutions-(peis)\">SWDA<\/a>) for Private Education Institutions (PEIs) in Singapore. It aims to distinguish private schools that are able to consistently maintain a high standard in the overall provision of education services and demonstrate continual improvements that lead to positive student outcomes.<\/p>\n<p>While the EduTrust certification scheme is voluntary, it is one of the prerequisites which private education institutions that enrol international students must meet to qualify for the issue of Student Passes, as stipulated by the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA).<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"EduTrust Certificate\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/migrated\/EduTrust_Certificate.jpg\"\/><\/p>\n<h3>PROTECTION OF COURSE FEE<\/h3>\n<p>TMIS has in place the following:<\/p>\n<p><strong><a name=\"EFEa\"><\/a>\u00a0a) Fee Protection Scheme (FPS)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>TMIS has appointed Lonpac Insurance Bhd to be the provider of Fee Protection Scheme (FPS)\u00a0under the Group Insurance for the protection of total course fees paid by international students. FPS protects the unconsumed course fees paid by students in the event that a PEI is unable to continue operating due to insolvency and\/or regulatory closure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><a name=\"EFEb\"><\/a>\u00a0b<\/strong><strong>)\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Fee Collection Cap<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>TMIS collects up to 12 months of course fees at any one time.<\/li>\n<li>For more details on FPS, please visit the website of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tpgateway.gov.sg\/resources\/information-for-private-education-institutions-(peis)\">SWDA<\/a><\/li>\n<li><em>Click\u00a0<\/em><a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/migrated\/2026\/FPSG_Certificate_of_Insurance_2026_-_TMIS.pdf\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">here<\/a>\u00a0<em>to download a copy of the Lonpac Insurance Bhd FPS Certificate and <a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/migrated\/BX00_FPS_Master_Policy_FPS-G_RL1.6.pdf\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">here<\/a> to download a copy of the policy.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>PEI-STUDENT CONTRACT<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>TMIS adopts the standard <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tpgateway.gov.sg\/resources\/information-for-private-education-institutions-(peis)\">SWDA<\/a> PEI-student contract for every enrolment. The contract spells out all the terms and conditions that bind the relationship between the student and TMIS, including a detailed breakdown of fees payable, payment schedule, and the terms of refund.<\/li>\n<li>TMIS provides a cooling-off period of 10 calendar days after the date that the Contract has been signed by both parties. Within these 10 days, the student can submit written notice of withdrawal and be entitled to the Maximum Refund amount stipulated under Clause 3 of the Contract,\u00a0 regardless of whether the Student has started the course or not.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote>\n<p><em>Click<\/em>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/tmis.edu.sg\/images\/Student_Contract_Version_41_20260723.pdf\">here<\/a>\u00a0<em>to view a sample of TMIS Standard PEI-Student Contract V4.1 and Miscellaneous Fees<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h3>STUDENT SUPPORT SERVICES<\/h3>\n<div class=\"sub-section\"><strong> Advisory, Counselling and Student Support Services<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>TMIS offers a variety of programmes and activities to support our students in their learning journeys. Breach of regulatory requirement will render cancellation of student pass and no refund of fees will be made.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>Transfer\/Withdrawal Procedures<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ol-default\">\n<li>Student is to raise &#8216;Student Request Form&#8217; with the attachment of student&#8217;s letter\/email for course transfer or withdrawal. Student will submit the form to Student Services staff for necessary action.<\/li>\n<li>Student will be interviewed to access and verify the information before approval for proceeding. Approval for transfer or withdrawal will take seven (7) working days.<\/li>\n<li>Student will be charged for all modules consumed and any outstanding fees incurred.<\/li>\n<li>For Transfer: Any excess payment will be refunded to the student. If there is insufficient payment, student will have to make the balance payment upon signing the new student contract.<\/li>\n<li>For Withdrawal: Refund will be made based on the TMIS refund policy.<\/li>\n<li>&#8216;Letter of Confirmation for Transfer&#8217; or &#8216;Letter of Approval for Withdrawal&#8217; will be issued to the student within fourteen (14) working days from the student&#8217;s written request to transfer or withdraw.<\/li>\n<li>For successful transfer, a new student contract will need to be signed. Existing contract of current course will be terminated.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Deferment Procedures<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ol-default\">\n<li>Student is to raise &#8216;Student Request Form&#8217; with the attachment of student&#8217;s letter\/email for course deferment. Student will submit the form to the Student Services staff for necessary action.<\/li>\n<li>Student can only defer the course to a maximum period of six (6) months,for extension to another 6 more months, management approval is needed and is on a case by case basis, and with valid reason and attachment of proof.<\/li>\n<li>Student will be interviewed to access and verify the information before approval for proceeding.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding amount is to be made by the student, if any.<\/li>\n<li>The written notification of the Deferment Letter to the student will be issued within 14 working days from the student\u2019s written request to defer.<\/li>\n<li>Upon resumption of the class, the student must sign a new student contract or addendum to the original contract.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n<strong style=\"color:#032788;\"><br \/>\n        Refund Procedure<br \/>\n    <\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ol-default\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 1rem; caret-color: auto;\"><br \/>\nFinance will proceed with refund processing upon receiving bank details form (from Cashier counter), the student\u2019s written request and approved student request form from the student services executive.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 1rem; caret-color: auto;\">The refund process for withdrawal requests will be completed within seven working days from the time of the student\u2019s submission of documents to the Student Services\/Sales &amp; Marketing Dept.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 1rem; caret-color: auto;\">\u00a0For a transfer request, Finance will calculate and issue credit note to the student\u2019s account for the pro-rated amount of the course fee, including the transfer charge during the process.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 1rem; caret-color: auto;\">\u00a0On receiving the new student\u2019s signed contract, Finance will issue an invoice for the course fee payable by the student.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 1rem; caret-color: auto;\">\u00a0Receipts will be issued upon collection of payment.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 1rem; caret-color: auto;\">\u00a0All refunds will be paid via cheque\/GIRO based on the name as indicated on the \u201cStudent Request Form\u201d.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Student Request Form<br \/> <\/strong>The Student Request Form can be obtained through your respective Student Services Executives or Business Development Consultants. Softcopy of the form can be downloaded\u00a0<a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/migrated\/downloads\/TMIS-SS-0200-442-006.v4.3_21May2021%20-%20Student%20Request%20Form.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">here<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3>REFUND FOR WITHDRAWAL DUE TO NON-DELIVERY OF COURSE<\/h3>\n<p>Refund for Withdrawal Due to Non-Delivery of Course:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>It cannot commence the provision of the Course on the Course Commencement Date;<\/li>\n<li>It cannot complete the provision of the Course by the Course Completion Date;<\/li>\n<li>The Course will be terminated before the Course Completion Date;<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>The Student does not meet the course entry or matriculation requirements as stated in Schedule A; or<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>The \u00a0Immigration &amp; Checkpoints Authority of Singapore (the \u201cICA\u201d) rejects the Student\u2019s application for the Student Pass<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>TMIS shall notify the Contracting Party within three (3) working days in writing upon knowledge of the above circumstances (each a \u201c<b>Refund Event<\/b>\u201d).<\/p>\n<p>Where any of the Refund Events in 3.1(a) to (c) of the student contract has taken place, TMIS shall use reasonable efforts to provide alternative study arrangements for the students and shall propose such alternative study arrangements in writing to the Contracting Party, within ten (10) working days of informing the Contracting Party of the Refund Event.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">If the Contracting Party accepts the alternative study arrangements<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reference Student Contract Clause 3.1(a)), The Existing contract will automatically terminate on the date a New written contract is issued,<\/li>\n<li>All Course Fees and Miscellaneous Fees paid on the existing contract will be refunded within seven (7) working days of the termination,<\/li>\n<li>Reference Student Contract Clase 3.1(b) to (c)), if the Contract is terminated, TMIS shall refund the Course Fees and Miscellaneous Fees in proportion to the uncompleted portion or duration of the Course, whichever is higher, to the Contracting Party with seven (7) working days of the termination.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">If the Contracting Party does not accept the alternative study arrangements<\/span><\/p>\n<p>If TMIS does not propose any alternative study arrangements within 10 working days, or the contracting Party does not accept such alternative study arrangements, the contracting party may terminate the contract by way of a written notice to TMIS.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reference Student Contract Clase 3.1(a)), Existing contract will be terminated,<\/li>\n<li>TMIS shall refund all Course Fees and Miscellaneous Fees paid within seven (7) working days of the termination,<\/li>\n<li>Reference Student Contract Clase 3.1(b) to (c)), if the Contract is terminated, TMIS shall refund the Course Fees and Miscellaneous Fees in proportion to the uncompleted portion or duration of the Course, whichever is higher, to the Contracting Party with seven (7) working days of the termination.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Where any of the Refund Events in Student Contract clause 3.1(d) to (e) has occurred, TMIS shall forthwith terminate the Contract by way of a written notice to the Contracting Party. TMIS shall refund all Course Fees and Miscellaneous Fees paid by the contracting Party within seven (7) working days of the termination.<\/p>\n<h3>PAYMENT METHODS<\/h3>\n<p>The following payment methods are accepted by TMIS:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cash<\/li>\n<li>Debit\/Credit Cards<\/li>\n<li>Bank Transfers<\/li>\n<li>Digital Wallets<\/li>\n<li>Mobile Payment<\/li>\n<li>Flywire<\/li>\n<li>Government Funding (SFC, Funding etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>TMIS considers payment after five days from payment due date to be late.\u00a0 Student will be charged S$87.20 (GST inclusive).<\/p>\n<p>On the 6th day after payment due date, student may be barred from classes and assessments till payment is made.<\/p>\n<p> If the payment and late payment penalty are not received after 1 month, the student will be asked for a meeting.\u00a0 If payment is not made after the meeting, TMIS may expel the student.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3>STUDENT PERFORMANCE AND GRADUATE OUTCOMES<\/h3>\n<p>Students and graduates may write to Student Services <a href=\"mailto:info@tmis.edu.sg\">info@tmis.edu.sg<\/a> to request for the following information from the institute:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Student and Performance Outcome<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Passing Rate\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Quality of Passes<\/li>\n<li>Attrition Rate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Graduate Outcome<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Graduation Rate<\/li>\n<li>Employment Rate<\/li>\n<li>Trainees&#8217; Feedback on the Quality of Course (TRAQOM)<\/li>\n<li>Trainees&#8217; Feedback on the Outcome of Course (TRAQOM)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>SKILLSFUTURE SINGAPORE (SSG)<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">The SSG\u2019s role is to regulate the private education industry in Singapore. Student will submit the form to Student Services staff for necessary action.<\/li>\n<li>Student will be interviewed to access and verify the information before approval for proceeding. Approval for transfer or withdrawal will take seven (7) working days.<\/li>\n<li>Student will be charged for all modules consumed and any outstanding fees incurred.<\/li>\n<li>For Transfer: Any excess payment will be refunded to the student. If there is insufficient payment, student will have to make the balance payment upon signing the new student contract.<\/li>\n<li>For Withdrawal: Refund will be made based on the TMIS refund policy.<\/li>\n<li>&#8216;Letter of Confirmation for Transfer&#8217; or &#8216;Letter of Approval for Withdrawal&#8217; will be issued to the student within fourteen (14) working days from the student&#8217;s written request to transfer or withdraw.<\/li>\n<li>For successful transfer, a new student contract will need to be signed. Existing contract of current course will be terminated.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Deferment Procedures<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ol-default\">\n<li>Student is to raise &#8216;Student Request Form&#8217; with the attachment of student&#8217;s letter\/email for course deferment. Student will submit the form to the Student Services staff for necessary action.<\/li>\n<li>Student can only defer the course to a maximum period of six (6) months,for extension to another 6 more months, management approval is needed and is on a case by case basis, and with valid reason and attachment of proof.<\/li>\n<li>Student will be interviewed to access and verify the information before approval for proceeding.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding amount is to be made by the student, if any.<\/li>\n<li>The written notification of the Deferment Letter to the student will be issued within 14 working days from the student\u2019s written request to defer.<\/li>\n<li>Upon resumption of the class, the student must sign a new student contract or addendum to the original contract.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Student Request Form<br \/> <\/strong>The Student Request Form can be obtained through your respective Student Services Executives or Business Development Consultants. Softcopy of the form can be downloaded\u00a0<a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/migrated\/downloads\/TMIS-SS-0200-442-006.v4.3_21May2021%20-%20Student%20Request%20Form.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">here<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3>REFUND FOR WITHDRAWAL DUE TO NON-DELIVERY OF COURSE<\/h3>\n<p>Refund for Withdrawal Due to Non-Delivery of Course:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>It cannot commence the provision of the Course on the Course Commencement Date;<\/li>\n<li>It cannot complete the provision of the Course by the Course Completion Date;<\/li>\n<li>The Course will be terminated before the Course Completion Date;<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>The Student does not meet the course entry or matriculation requirements as stated in Schedule A; or<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>The \u00a0Immigration &amp; Checkpoints Authority of Singapore (the \u201cICA\u201d) rejects the Student\u2019s application for the Student Pass<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>TMIS shall notify the Contracting Party within three (3) working days in writing upon knowledge of the above circumstances (each a \u201c<b>Refund Event<\/b>\u201d).<\/p>\n<p>Where any of the Refund Events in 3.1(a) to (c) of the student contract has taken place, TMIS shall use reasonable efforts to provide alternative study arrangements for the students and shall propose such alternative study arrangements in writing to the Contracting Party, within ten (10) working days of informing the Contracting Party of the Refund Event.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">If the Contracting Party accepts the alternative study arrangements<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reference Student Contract Clause 3.1(a)), The Existing contract will automatically terminate on the date a New written contract is issued,<\/li>\n<li>All Course Fees and Miscellaneous Fees paid on the existing contract will be refunded within seven (7) working days of the termination,<\/li>\n<li>Reference Student Contract Clase 3.1(b) to (c)), if the Contract is terminated, TMIS shall refund the Course Fees and Miscellaneous Fees in proportion to the uncompleted portion or duration of the Course, whichever is higher, to the Contracting Party with seven (7) working days of the termination.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">If the Contracting Party does not accept the alternative study arrangements<\/span><\/p>\n<p>If TMIS does not propose any alternative study arrangements within 10 working days, or the contracting Party does not accept such alternative study arrangements, the contracting party may terminate the contract by way of a written notice to TMIS.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reference Student Contract Clase 3.1(a)), Existing contract will be terminated,<\/li>\n<li>TMIS shall refund all Course Fees and Miscellaneous Fees paid within seven (7) working days of the termination,<\/li>\n<li>Reference Student Contract Clase 3.1(b) to (c)), if the Contract is terminated, TMIS shall refund the Course Fees and Miscellaneous Fees in proportion to the uncompleted portion or duration of the Course, whichever is higher, to the Contracting Party with seven (7) working days of the termination.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Where any of the Refund Events in Student Contract clause 3.1(d) to (e) has occurred, TMIS shall forthwith terminate the Contract by way of a written notice to the Contracting Party. Softcopy of the form can be downloaded\u00a0<a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/migrated\/downloads\/TMIS-SS-0200-442-006.v4.3_21May2021%20-%20Student%20Request%20Form.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">here<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3>REFUND FOR WITHDRAWAL DUE TO NON-DELIVERY OF COURSE<\/h3>\n<p>Refund for Withdrawal Due to Non-Delivery of Course:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>It cannot commence the provision of the Course on the Course Commencement Date;<\/li>\n<li>It cannot complete the provision of the Course by the Course Completion Date;<\/li>\n<li>The Course will be terminated before the Course Completion Date;<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>The Student does not meet the course entry or matriculation requirements as stated in Schedule A; or<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>The \u00a0Immigration &amp; Checkpoints Authority of Singapore (the \u201cICA\u201d) rejects the Student\u2019s application for the Student Pass<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>TMIS shall notify the Contracting Party within three (3) working days in writing upon knowledge of the above circumstances (each a \u201c<b>Refund Event<\/b>\u201d).<\/p>\n<p>Where any of the Refund Events in 3.1(a) to (c) of the student contract has taken place, TMIS shall use reasonable efforts to provide alternative study arrangements for the students and shall propose such alternative study arrangements in writing to the Contracting Party, within ten (10) working days of informing the Contracting Party of the Refund Event.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">If the Contracting Party accepts the alternative study arrangements<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reference Student Contract Clause 3.1(a)), The Existing contract will automatically terminate on the date a New written contract is issued,<\/li>\n<li>All Course Fees and Miscellaneous Fees paid on the existing contract will be refunded within seven (7) working days of the termination,<\/li>\n<li>Reference Student Contract Clase 3.1(b) to (c)), if the Contract is terminated, TMIS shall refund the Course Fees and Miscellaneous Fees in proportion to the uncompleted portion or duration of the Course, whichever is higher, to the Contracting Party with seven (7) working days of the termination.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">If the Contracting Party does not accept the alternative study arrangements<\/span><\/p>\n<p>If TMIS does not propose any alternative study arrangements within 10 working days, or the contracting Party does not accept such alternative study arrangements, the contracting party may terminate the contract by way of a written notice to TMIS.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reference Student Contract Clase 3.1(a)), Existing contract will be terminated,<\/li>\n<li>TMIS shall refund all Course Fees and Miscellaneous Fees paid within seven (7) working days of the termination,<\/li>\n<li>Reference Student Contract Clase 3.1(b) to (c)), if the Contract is terminated, TMIS shall refund the Course Fees and Miscellaneous Fees in proportion to the uncompleted portion or duration of the Course, whichever is higher, to the Contracting Party with seven (7) working days of the termination.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Where any of the Refund Events in Student Contract clause 3.1(d) to (e) has occurred, TMIS shall forthwith terminate the Contract by way of a written notice to the Contracting Party. As a regulator, CPE ensures that only registered Private Education Institutions (PEIs) are allowed to offer private education and the PEIs meet and maintain the minimum requirements for the protection of students. The ERF aims to ensure that PEIs in Singapore are of a certain standard in order to protect the interest of the students enrolled in their schools.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"TMIS ERF\" height=\"1079\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/migrated\/TMIS-ERF.jpg\" width=\"784\"\/><\/p>\n<h3>EDUTRUST CERTIFICATION SCHEME<\/h3>\n<p>The EduTrust Certification Scheme (EduTrust) is a quality assurance scheme administered by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tpgateway.gov.sg\/resources\/information-for-private-education-institutions-(peis)\">CPE<\/a> for PEIs in Singapore. It aims to distinguish private schools that are able to consistently maintain a high standard of quality in the overall provision of education services and make continual improvements that lead to positive student outcomes.<\/p>\n<p>While the EduTrust certification scheme is voluntary, it is one of the prerequisites which private education institutions that enrol international students must meet to qualify for the issue of Student Passes, as stipulated by the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA).<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"EduTrust Certificate TMIS\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/migrated\/EduTrust_Certificate_TMIS.jpg\"\/><\/p>\n<h3>PROTECTION OF COURSE FEE<\/h3>\n<p>TMIS has in place the following:<\/p>\n<p><strong><a name=\"EFEa\"><\/a>a) Fee Protection Scheme (FPS)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>TMIS has appointed Lonpac Insurance Bhd to be the provider of Fee Protection Scheme (FPS)\u00a0under the Group Insurance for the protection of total course fees paid by international students. Student will submit the form to the Student Services staff for necessary action.<\/li>\n<li>Student can only defer the course to a maximum period of six (6) months,for extension to another 6 more months, management approval is needed and is on a case by case basis, and with valid reason and attachment of proof.<\/li>\n<li>Student will be interviewed to access and verify the information before approval for proceeding.
